Because Aerostar strives to insure that installations are safe and efficient, all Aerostar Dealers are trained in the installation and maintenance of Aerostar turbines and supporting structures. At a minimum, our dealers receive training in the following disciplines:
1. Turbine siting
2. Wind resource assesement
3. Electrical system evaluation
4. Wiring and electrical requirements
5. Tower foundation installation
6. Tower assembly
7. Tower erection
8. Turbine assembly
9. Turbine setup and troubleshooting
10. State and Federal wind energy incentives
In order to insure a high level of customer satisfaction and support, Aerostar will not authorize a dealer until we are satisfied that the dealer has the experience and training necessary to maintain a high standard of customer support. All prospective dealers must demonstrate creditworthyness by supplying trade and bank references.
